Shipping policy

VERIFICATION/SHIPPING/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 

 PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO CONFIRM WAIT TIME AND SHIPPING LOCATION AS TIMES AND LOCATIONS ARE UNIQUE TO EACH PRODUCT.

During the holiday season, shipping delays may occur.

LBDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days from the confirmed date of shipment(excluding preorders), please email us at sales@lovebombdesignstudio.com and a LBDS representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route.

Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 there are extended shipping delays that are out of the hands of LoveBomb Design Studio.
